With the end of the season almost here and the cold weather beginning to take affect we have noticed a drop in the number of users afloat, fortunately this leaves more time for the cadets to practice their skills afloat and ashore.
With this our Cadet Commander Ben Waters has been hard at work training the cadets with the help of fellow beach rescue coxswains.
Crews spent the day training and carrying out local area familiarisation for our new crews. VR1 and VR4 completed routine patrols between Newtown Creek and Calshot.
