All in a day's work

Venturers working with Yarmouth Life Boat, rescue yacht with broken forestay, overheated engine, dragging anchor and in danger of drifting ashore at Lepe Country Park.

The matter being complicated by the smell of possible leaking propane gas.

The Ventures shallow draft water jet rescue rib was able to tow it to deeper water, where Yarmouth Lifeboat took off the Yacht crew for safety, and then towed it to a place where the Hampshire Fire Service were able to make it safe.
